This policy outlines how order cancellations and changes are handled after purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. At that point, the order must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Changes
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed, including:

Shipping address changes

Product quantity changes

Product substitutions
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order. This is not guaranteed.
Pre-Orders & Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
If you purchase a pre-order or enroll in a subscription (if offered), the following applies:

Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that billing cycle.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails to process, the order will not be fulfilled. You may need to place a new order once payment information is updated.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
